Intraneering Incorporated currently offers outside investors the opportunity to own its Preferred Company Stock.  Becoming a shareholder of Intraneering would allow investors the opportunity to receive annual stock dividends.

At this time, shareholders can purchase individual shares of preferred stock at $1.00 per share.  Shareholders must purchase a minimum of 500 shares.  Intraneering expects to pay an annual dividend yield of around 5 percent at the end of 2010.
